HENGER 脱水机运用在PCB/FPC蚀刻退膜后的在线膜渣环保处理,是非常重要和关键的设备。不同干膜商和干膜类型都能现场脱水减重在40~60%的效果。同时经过HENGER 脱水机处理后的膜渣更有利于干燥和存放。对于膜渣物质做为原材料的再利用,将会做出巨大的贡献!HENGER公司目前已与广州工业大学进行产学研合作,并制定了可行性方案。

HENGER patented dehydrator unit is specialized for using after PCB/FPC etching and dry film stripping process. We have tested different film types available in the market with excellent results. After dehydration, the film sludge is easy for transportation and further treatment, with significant cost savings on waste disposal.

退膜段膜渣与显影液区别:

干膜渣经曝光交联后,强碱只能部份打断某些交联功能键,与显影的溶解不同,所以褪膜药水溶解曝光干膜或湿膜的量是极其有限的,既溶解的膜量极少,也就是说,褪膜段出来的膜渣只是经过光交联的干膜在强碱的作用碎片化,并没有溶解到碱液中!HENGER的设备要做的,就是把混在膜渣中的碱液挤压出来!

显影液因为是溶解了未曝光的干膜,所以要加酸才能把溶解了的干膜成份析出来。
